  1. Use an order ID to minimize duplicate conversions

    Currently, refresh of purchase confirmation page counts as one conversion, and Adwords's solution to that :

    • Display URL (Google Parity) - Allow more than 35 Characters to be entered in the system and then just shorten the ad with "..." like Google

      Bing needs to follow Google's lead and allow for more characters to be inserted into the display URL field and then visually change how it looks on the ad instead of just not letting you enter more characters (especially when it still requires a top-level domain like .com in the URL). With the current setup, advertisers are required to shorten the display URL which confuses the customer and could impact quality score.

      • New Bing accounts are getting Blocked without specifying any reason

        Most of the new Bing ads are getting blocked. I have experienced this 4 times in last 6 months. This is becoming a critical issue for advertisers because we are unable to get the right direction.

        Please address this issue and give specific reasons.
        Few accounts had no campaign. Just added payment methods and they got suspended.

        Please take this issue seriously and at least release some press release regarding this issue.

          Currently, there is a call extension present in Bing Ads. This being especially an advantage for mobile users, it might be an idea to work on a communication extension that is very easy accessible and approachable for tablet, mobile devices and pc users. In short, this is the idea: email extensions. They would appear in the ad, and the costumer can click on them, which could potentially lead him/her directly to Outlook or other email applications.             Thank you for your suggestion. We are exploring new extension that provides greater flexibility on how users can connect with businesses. Email is a great suggestion.

          • Please add a column for MerchantProductId in the GoalsAndFunnelsReport

            It would be great to have this column in the report, as this report is the only way to get per-goal conversion information (rather than overall conversion information). If this column contained the same data as the corresponding column in the ProductOfferPerformanceReport, it would give us the performance data we need for a particular product in a shopping campaign to be able to know what kind of bid to set for it.

              • Please add a column for SearchQuery to the GoalsAndFunnelsReport

                It would be great to have this column in the report, as this report is the only way to get per-goal conversion information (rather than overall conversion information). If this column contained the same data as the corresponding column in the SearchQueryPerformanceReport, it would allow us to know which searches are driving which types of conversions, allowing us to optimize our campaigns better.

                • Allow Invoices to show the ammounts spent by PO#

                  Currently right now if a client adds more than one PO# for an monthly invoice, that spend is grouped in the invoice without any way of splitting the spend by PO#.

                  There is no official way to reconcile the PO spend. Rather manual pulls in Bing Ads UI which corresponds to the PO# date needs to be done.

                  • Account owners should be able to remove an agency managing their account themselves

                    Account owners should be able to remove any agency managing the account on behalf the owner without having to ask the agency to remove themselves. The fact that account owners don't currently have that ability is concerning.

                    The current process is that the account owner has to go to the agency and ask that their account be released.

                    • Add a column to manage different conversion Steps

                      I really like the possibility of having different customizable conversion steps (like browsing, prospects) that are different from the transactional conversion. This is really useful.

                      But I see the only way to access this information is by making a report. On this report you have to tick "KW" so that you know which Keyword, adgroup and campaign triggeered those "mini-conversions".

                      The idea is that this gives you a way to optimize when transactional conversions are not present. It would be great to have them directly on the management interface available on a column, for those who need it.

                      • Create a program similar to Google's Advanced Verification in order to eliminate spam

                        Google has implemented a program called Advanced Verification to eliminate spam in two industries: garage door companies and locksmiths (https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/7167635?hl=en). Bing should develop a similar solution in order to improve quality control.

                        Before Advanced Verification, spammy companies like GDS, called "the worst garage door company in the nation" (http://www.dasma.com/articles/feature/gds-the%20worst_fall2015.pdf), would outbid local garage door companies, since it subcontracts out work and, lacking physical locations throughout the country, has much lower overhead costs. The company has also been accused of overcharging customers, and one of its technicians even plead guilty to felonies (http://www.dasma.com/articles/feature/GDS_Technician_Guilty_Fall2017.pdf).                           You should be allowed to pay with bank account details like Adwords. Some businesses don't have company credit and debit cards.

                          • Option to filter out zero-conversion rows from the ConversionPerformanceReport

                            Since conversions may happen up to 45 days after a click, we end up downloading a massive amount of records we don't need to.

                            Having that option would greatly save us and you bandwidth and potentially processing power serving that information.

                            This is a conversion report after all. In the majority of cases the user is only interested in records with a least one conversion.

                              • Allow the option to link Bing Places accounts with Bing Ads accounts

                                Allow the option to link Bing places accounts with Bing Ads accounts so that brands with a large number of business can create localized campaigns without having to manually enter location extensions. Google already allows this option, so if Bing wants to be a competitor, this is a feature that needs to be available.

                                  • Automated emails to all account users when an IO is soon to expire! It'd stop days of paused ads

                                    We always find that IO's either expire or are consumed long before our accounts managers can give us a heads-up.

                                    Would it really be so hard to ensure that all the registered users within an account shell get the same automated message, so that we can action this with plenty of time to spare?

                                          We’ve started working on improving the reporting experience for age, gender and other settings. Stay tuned for more updates.

                                        • Add ClickDate (or similar) to GoalsAndFunnelsReport

                                          Please add something to the GoalsAndFunnelsReport that would allow us to get the date of the click that caused the conversion. Bing obviously has that, as it is returning the campaign, ad group, and keyword of the click that led to the conversion. It would be very helpful in figuring out what is working, as some clients have a long time between when a click occurs and the actual conversion. Things can change in that time period, and we'd like to be able to know what was going on in the account when the click happened that eventually led to…
