  1. Change the language and market in an existing ad group

    Currently, you can't change the language and marketing setting for an existing ad group. You can only set the language and market setting when you create a new ad group

      This functionality will be available before the end of the summer. Please reach out to your account manager if interested in participating in the beta.

      When launched you should be able to
      - specify language at campaign level
      - specify multiple languages for a campaign
      - modify the language settings of a campaign

    • Indicate exact/phrase match types with " " and [ ] symbols

      It would be much easier to see all keyword match types at a glance if the appropriate exact/phrase match-type symbols were used (" ", [ ]). I realize that match type can be indicated in a different column, but we should be able to see in one glance at a keyword what its match type is.

      • Shared Library (cross-account) - Negative, Audiences etc etc

        We would love to see a shared library which can be used cross-accounts (similar to Google). At the moment this is only available by account.. which is a very slow process. Especially when you have multiple accounts across multiple markets. Please make my dreams come true.

        • added/excluded negative keywords column

          Edit the current Added column to Added/Excluded and denote the added keywords in green and mark negative keywords that have been excluded in red like Google does.

            Added/Excluded column in search terms report should be available before the end of the year. We apologize for the delay on this.

          • Campaign Experiments - Split Testing of Bids, etc.

            Campaign Experiments was introduced in AdWords last year and is incredibly valuable. It allows several forms of split testing traffic, but most importantly, you can bid two different amounts on a keyword and see if statistically significant differences emerge. I believe there is potential for bidding differently in the two platforms, but without experiments, it is difficult to test and so I generally just run experiments in AdWords and apply changes everywhere. The ability to test in AdCenter would be very valuable.

              We’ve begun looking into providing experiments and split-testing in Bing Ads. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming months.

            • Time Zone Targeting Option

              Currently, when targeting ads by Hour of Day, adCenter bases delivery times off the user's time zone; whereas, AdWords bases delivery times off the advertiser's set time zone.

              Advertisers would like to have the option of which time zone is being used.

                Thank you for letting us know this option is important to you! What are some of the scenarios for when you’d use your own time zone and when you’d use the consumers’ time zone?

              • Add a column to manage different conversion Steps

                I really like the possibility of having different customizable conversion steps (like browsing, prospects) that are different from the transactional conversion. This is really useful.

                But I see the only way to access this information is by making a report. On this report you have to tick "KW" so that you know which Keyword, adgroup and campaign triggeered those "mini-conversions".

                The idea is that this gives you a way to optimize when transactional conversions are not present. It would be great to have them directly on the management interface available on a column, for those who need it.

                • Allow the option to link Bing Places accounts with Bing Ads accounts

                  Allow the option to link Bing places accounts with Bing Ads accounts so that brands with a large number of business can create localized campaigns without having to manually enter location extensions. Google already allows this option, so if Bing wants to be a competitor, this is a feature that needs to be available.

                      We are working on being able to target multiple languages at the campaign level and being able to update the ad group language. Please watch for updates. Thanks!

                    • Allow end date on campaign level

                      Right now, the only option for setting an end date is on the ad group level. While you can set this in bulk, it's a bit unwieldy when you simply want a whole campaign to end at the same time. AdWords allows you to set an end date for a campaign, and Bing Ads should as well

                      • Unlimited ads per ad group

                        Currently ad groups are limited with the numbers of ads you can have within an ad group. If Bing could PLEASE open this up to be unlimited. It's quite frustrating when you need to create new duplicate ad groups within Bing, as these then don't lineup with Google when you're doing imports. :)

                        • Update negative phrase match logic

                          The current negative phrase match setup makes it impossible to negative match some of the terms I need to avoid. For example, say I want to avoid anything containing "Progressive". Current phrase match rules will only negative match the query if "progressive" is a standalone word. Broad match is too broad (I want "auto insurance") and exact match can only be done afterwards on long-tail queries. How can I negative something like "progressiveagent" where there should be a space, but isn't?

                            • ad preview tool

                              The Ad Preview Tool is a very useful tool for advertisers who want to check if their ads are serving and also for advertisers who are not in market to check their ads in these markets (for example UK advertisers with FR, DE, IT, etc. accounts) however the tool only displays results from page 1 of the SERP. This is not a good user experience for advertisers in competitive marketplaces who want to check if their ads are serving. Can this tool be upgraded to show all results available in the SERP?

                              • Website Publishers Exclusion through BAM

                                Sometimes, when we are working with Global Accounts, bulk optimizations across accounts are needed. Therefore, it is too much time consuming to go account by account, campaign by campaing or even adgroup by adgroup to exclude website publishers that are not performing well enough. The BAM feature within the UCM is a powerful tool to do optimizations exclusions in bulk but just for "negative keywords". We would like to have the same task but for "Website Publishers" (account and campaign level at least). Thanks for your support.

                                    • Allow us to see Auction Insights over time

                                      The Auction Insights feature allows us to see what our competitors are doing when our ads are showing, and this is useful.

                                      At present, bing shows us only a snapshot based on the timeframe selected - what would be more useful is to allow us to see (and download) what is happening during that timeframe using time segmentation mentioned in another post.

                                      This will enable us to see (for example) that our main competitor is showing their ads only on Tuesday and Wednesday and pricing them so that they are at the top of the results but are not advertising…

                                        • Increase/Decrease Multiple Product Group Bids by Percentage (in Shopping Campaigns).

                                          When looking at the product group level, it would be really convenient to be able to increase multiple product groups by a percentage as to allow for an increase across the board. This would allow for the relative order of bid amounts to stay the same across product groups.
