How can we improve Bing Ads to create a better experience?

IP Address exclusion using Bing API

I need the ability to exclude IP address using API so please consider this as a feature request and help us to automate the ip exclusion process. Thanks

        Dear Bing Ads.

It's 2019 and this is not yet implemented.

        Please consider adding this asap.

Concur with the other commentators. The clients of our third-party click auditing service are limiting their Bing Ads budgets because the effective ROI is lower than with AdWords despite the lower list price per click. That is specifically because Bing Ads does not allow us to exclude IP addresses via the API during click attacks. Would strongly suggest that Bing implement this feature.
A related feature relates to excluding URLs. Bing currently allows blocking only to the third-level domain (eg, www.example.com). However, attackers using ISPs and VMs typically will have a five-level domain (eg, ec2-4-3-2-1.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com). Therefore, URL exclusions are also largely useless against attackers. This too reduces the effective ROI for our clients, so they take their dollars to AdWords.

Is there expectation set by Bing on this ? Anything already planned ?

Bing better do, because it's a huge loss of revenue for all parties.

When our clients are under attack we simply pause all campaigns and need to add IP's manually. After that the attackers come back again. And we need to repeat the process. Resulting in less ad spend for Bing.
