Please do not penalize a whole account because of one ad group. Plus let your users know what they did wrong and let them know they have been penalized. It makes your customer service agents look like idiots. Cause there clueless and making guesses on why a account was penalized. This is very poor customer service. Youll are leaving so much money on the table because of not telling your customers whats going on. Some people make a living advertising online and youll make it harder.
There are no plans to update our policies with regards to account penalties at this time.

my ad was in a violation they banned me and deleted my account WTF, you would think Bing would give the customer paying for the ad a heads up that that ad is in violation an being taken down etc .
oh then i get told that they cannot tell me why the ad was banded due to privacy and security policy . so they block and ban my email address and wont tell me why this happened so i can make sure it doesn't happen again . their response was oh look at the ad guidelines . i am like ok i did and i didnt violate any of them . or if i didnt its not clear what flagged my account as being in violation

Is bing not approving Indian billing? what is issue with my I don't know I have created more than 4 account on bing with different credit visa card but all are blocked with 1 hour what's wrong with it. can any one help

Few days ago, I created a bing ad account. I have not started running any campaigns yet, and for the life of me - it was disabled.
I spoke with customer service and I was told it'd go through to the ad 'specialists' to be reviewed and a reply sent within 48hours.
So the email was sent a day later with this response:
Due to suspicious activity associated with this account, we will not be reinstating this account. Please understand that we reviewed your case thoroughly before reaching our conclusion.
As described in the Bing Ads Terms and Conditions, we do not need to state a specific reason for account closure. Please know that we have taken this matter seriously and have thoroughly investigated the issue. This decision is final and we consider the issue closed."
I'm an honest person trying to do legit business with your company, can't I get a reason to smoothen "suspicious activity" on my side??
Next fine day, I created another bing ads account and so far so good. I put some $$$ inside and few hours later - D.I.S.A.B.L.E.D
At least I got back my money.
Went through another round with the rep, was told again it'd take about 48h++ for me to receive a reply - a reply which I'm not very excited about.
Read TOS and I couldn't find anything that I could possibly be guilty of.
Googled this problem and hundreds of people also have the same issue with bing pulling this stunt of not giving any reason - which I'm sure as heck and anyone would try to resolve as reasonably as they could.
Anyway Bing Ad, I wana give you money and I'm a honest person, please please please tell me how we could sustain a long-term relationship. And when you do get upset, tell me why?
I've had the same experience. I can't even count how many times I've contacted support, and they've had to send the case to an "account specialist". Please don't shut down the whole account, but rather suspend single campaigns/ads if there is an issue.
I agree i had about 20 live and approved campaigns and 14 paused campaigns and then my whole account was put into review so my approved campaigns stopped serving ads and i waited 2 weeks for issue to be resolved and to top it up it was a paused campaign that was the issue!
Please change the way you deal with the reviews keep the good campaigns live and pause the bad not the whole account as we are all losing business like Bing, You and Me so keep business flowing for all of us.
