How can we improve Bing Ads to create a better experience?

New Bing accounts are getting Blocked without specifying any reason

Most of the new Bing ads are getting blocked. I have experienced this 4 times in last 6 months. This is becoming a critical issue for advertisers because we are unable to get the right direction.

Please address this issue and give specific reasons.
Few accounts had no campaign. Just added payment methods and they got suspended.

Please take this issue seriously and at least release some press release regarding this issue.

        The Same Issue Here My Account Blocked Suddenly, I contact the customer service via live chat and after they waste my time by phone verifications, emails verification and this ****. they told me that your account is blocked and we can't provide the reason.....so why they asked for a call verification? if they got the decision to close my account really i don't know why this

        Thats new earning method of bing they block your Acc if you pay by prepaid option you will never get any refund and even they not tell us whats Excually problem user made.. That's users rights to know bcz he pay you for services..

        My account was blocked too. With more than 3 attempts and numerous call to outsourced pathetic customer care, the account remains blocked. I have started writing emails to Microsoft contacts to find out why. This thread a good idea for them to reference it.

        bing i not recommend for ads once you create your account you will get block and bad customers support they simply say to me we block your account and we not forced to give you any reason . so its just bad company if you think of creating bing account so you will loss your time simply go and find other way but not bing at all i even pay money and i lost it they block my account while my money in and i never get my money back

        Yes! Like a challenge to even open an Bing Ads account. 4 times blocked next day right after the registration

        Almost all of the new created Bing ads account are getting blocked. I have experienced more than 10 times. Every time I created account and after adding payment method the accounts were blocked. Even when I want to adding my campaigns, suddenly the account blocked. This is very critical issue for advertisers because we are unable to get the right direction.

        Please take this issue seriously. I am surprised how the account will be blocked with out running the campaigns. Please resolve this issue immediately and allow us to advertise freely.

        I am sure the Admin, Bing Ads takes serious notice regarding this issue. Please make easy way for peoples who want to work with Bingads and remove useless hurdles like Blockage of account.

        es i thought it was me that made a mistake or something but now i see, others got blocked too. What a horrible company, 2 accounts both blocked the first day. while im still paying for their app that is installed on my store since i bought it

        same thing here. I signed up, looked around and decided to come back to it when I had time. a bing agent calls and asks if I need help with anything. I let her know I have been busy and will get to it in time. when I do try to log in it is suspended. I get with bing security specialist and fill out a form with my info. next email I get is from bing saying they closed my account. And they are ******** about it too. they dont tell you why or what you did IF anything. and my case was nothing because I never used it. the wording of the emails are rude like they are ******* microsoft Nazis. politically motivated maybe??? would not suprise me. and the reason I say this is because I actually had a politic discussion with the agent that called me

        My 4 accounts were blocked without any reason. When I contact to support. they did not do for me and only email me for permanent closure of account.
        Please look into this matter and resolve it.

        I have created too many account for the last many months but all accounts got blocked and did not reactivate after review. Few accounts had no campaign. Just added payment methods and they got suspended.

        I am seeing all of these people blocked without even running a campaign. Just creating an account and boom! blocked. maybe bing has an algorithm and we are profiled lol. we are trouble makers apparently according to them. crazy if you think about it and take a look at the people on this board. I am sure most of the people on here knows how to follow rules and probably have never been banned from anything. More going on here than meets the eye. Truth is I never even heard of bing ads until THEY contacted me. My business will do fine without their politically motivated suspension. Seems google engineers actually thought this through before banning everyone. Plenty of aticles out there about google ads NOT wanting to ban legit business owners over "cleaning up the web" Take care guys and girls. don't let this hurt your businesses, things are changing on the internet and NOT for the better.

        "we do not need to state a specific reason for account closure. know that we have taken this matter seriously and have thoroughly investigated the issue. This decision is final"

        I agree, my Account was suspended and no solid reason given, and when I called Ads Support, all I get is some "Jobsworth" in Manila reading off a cheat sheet refusing to enter in dialogue about it to help resolve the situation and saying I agreed to the terms when I signed up. Your very own Section 12 of your (US) terms stipulates that in instances of dispute that you will enter into dialogue for 60 days to try to work it out. But when I call your Bing Ads support line for assistance to try to resolve this, and get put through to the Philippines call center, the people I spoke with (Juvy and Jun) refuse to follow your own guidelines. This is very poor service and frankly beyond arrogance and abuse of market and contractual position.
