Include Account Name in Automated Emails for Paused Accounts
Currently, in the automated emails sent out for paused accounts, it only lists the Bill-to customer and Account number. Please also include the Account name in these emails. It causes a lot of confusion when the Bill-to customer is an entirely different entity than the Account, which can often be the case.
