Mobile Only Bidding Capabilities
Issue: The current Device Bidding system does not allow you to bid down -100% Desktop Traffic. So you cannot (or it is very difficult and inconvenient to) create a "Mobile Only" campaign.
Suggestion: Allow users to bid down Desktop -100% (like you can for Tablet and Mobile). Google allows this. Not sure why Microsoft/Bing does not.
At the moment, we refuse to bid on any Bing Mobile traffic (typically 60%+ of our total) because of this issue.
The ability to set -100% bid adjustments on desktop and tablet is now rolling out. See https://advertise.bingads.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/post/june-2017/expanded-device-targeting-desktop-bid-adjustment-update?feed=blogposts for details.
The fact that you can not bid down on desktop makes it really difficult to manage device traffic.
It's impossible to create a mobile only campaign. I have mobile set to +100%, and i still get more desktop traffic. It's ridiculous.
It's almost like they just don't want to do it for some reason.

Yes a must have feature. How can I currently only target mobile devices?

Please add this function, Bing.
Why was the feature removed whereby you could create campaigns to target specifically Desktop, Tablet or Mobile? Now they are all grouped together which is silly as not advertisers run campaigns which are meant for all devices! BRING IT BACK!
