  1. support free advertising for non profit 501(c)(3) organizations like google with its grant program

    I feel Microsoft should support 501(c)(3) non profit organizations with free advertising search engine support like google does with its google grants program. as non profit organizations supporting the comunity should not have to pay to let people know the good they are doing in the community and to get support for thieer causes

    • Indicate exact/phrase match types with " " and [ ] symbols

      It would be much easier to see all keyword match types at a glance if the appropriate exact/phrase match-type symbols were used (" ", [ ]). I realize that match type can be indicated in a different column, but we should be able to see in one glance at a keyword what its match type is.

      • Call Extension Conversions

        Currently in Google, you are able to stipulate that a phone call after 5 minutes is a conversion – but currently there is a way to do this on our platform. Ideally, my clients are hoping to be able to track conversions from the Call Extensions, rather than just having a call count.

          We’ve begun to investigate providing this feature and would like to hear more from those interested. Are you using call extensions already? If so, what percentage of your calls are over 5 minutes today based on the reports? If you aren’t using call extensions, is lack of this capability a blocker?

          How are you using this feature on other platforms and how does it help with your search engine marketing optimizations?

        • Import Adgroups from a Google Account

          It could be a nice idea to be able to import not only the Campaigns from Google, but also only specific Adgroups we select from those Campaigns.

            An update on the comment posted re being able to choose to import keywords, negative keywords and ads:

            A recent update to the Import options provides options to include or exclude the following items when importing new items from AdWords:
            - New ad groups for existing campaigns
            - New ads for existing ad groups
            - New keywords for existing ad groups
            - New negative keywords for existing campaigns and ad groups
            - New negative keyword lists

              We have started investigating the use cases around providing a click performance report by MSCLKID. Please let us know if and how you use this report in other ad platforms today as well as how it does or does not meet your needs.

              It would be great to have a Report on the development of the size of the remarketing lists. The current audience Report does not Show the development of the list size over a selected time period. thanks.

              • Keyword Brand Association Tool

                Hello, I would like to suggest a tool to measure a brand’s association with different keywords against our competitors over time. It could work by looking at a users’ initial search that does not contain a brand name and then subsequent searches that contain brand names. With this we could begin to understand how our efforts lead to people associating our brand with different keywords. Running a tool like this on a regular basis and creating a trend from the results will enable us to see if our brand has become more or less associated with different keywords throughout the…

                • New Bing accounts are getting Blocked without specifying any reason

                  Most of the new Bing ads are getting blocked. I have experienced this 4 times in last 6 months. This is becoming a critical issue for advertisers because we are unable to get the right direction.

                  Please address this issue and give specific reasons.
                  Few accounts had no campaign. Just added payment methods and they got suspended.

                  Please take this issue seriously and at least release some press release regarding this issue.

                  • Time Zone Targeting Option

                    Currently, when targeting ads by Hour of Day, adCenter bases delivery times off the user's time zone; whereas, AdWords bases delivery times off the advertiser's set time zone.

                    Advertisers would like to have the option of which time zone is being used.

                      We have begun exploring providing this functionality. We’re planning to provide an option similar to ad extension scheduling where you can choose your account timezone or the searchers time zone. Please let us know how you plan to use this functionality and how much this impacts your business & search engine marketing today.

                        Currently, there is a call extension present in Bing Ads. This being especially an advantage for mobile users, it might be an idea to work on a communication extension that is very easy accessible and approachable for tablet, mobile devices and pc users. In short, this is the idea: email extensions. They would appear in the ad, and the costumer can click on them, which could potentially lead him/her directly to Outlook or other email applications.                           Thank you for your suggestion. We are exploring new extension that provides greater flexibility on how users can connect with businesses. Email is a great suggestion.

                          Allow the option to link Bing places accounts with Bing Ads accounts so that brands with a large number of business can create localized campaigns without having to manually enter location extensions. Google already allows this option, so if Bing wants to be a competitor, this is a feature that needs to be available.

                              We would like to learn more about interest in this feature. Is this a feature that is expected in the Reports tab as part of the search terms feature within the Keywords grid?

                            • Average Household Income Geo-Targeting

                              AdWords has rolled out for the USA a demographic geo-targeting based on Average Household Income which has proved very for specific products as it allows to target specific areas inside the USA which have a certain average income. This setting is very valuable and it allows to apply bid modifiers to the brackets of the population with the highest CR and the best ROI, as well as excluding the worst performing brackets.

                              It would be fantastic if Bing introduces this particular setting

                                We’ve started investigating this feature. In Adwords this feature seems to be geographical location based (e.g. assume everyone in Beverly Hills, CA 90210 is rich). Does this assumption work for your needs?

                              • Improved Reporting on Ad Extensions

                                At the minute, it appears that we only see performance based on if the ad extensions themselves are clicked - clicking on the image for the image ad extension returns a click, however clicking on the ad itself does not return a click for the extension.

                                Creating a report that allows you to check the performance of ads themselves with each ad extension - measuring clicks anywhere on the ad when the extension is present to help measure the performance of different extensions.                                 • Bing Ads needs to send every account a Year End Tax Statment

                                  This should be automated at January of Every year where the system send out a year end tax statement of all spend from the account on your platform. Having a official document from MS would be helpful to many businesses and should be considered.

                                    We appreciate your feedback. Bing Ads includes tax on every billing statement, if it applies. Can you please clarify why you’re looking for an additional annual statement? Would the same need be met if we enabled you to export the billing charges from the grid? Thank you!

                                  • UET & Goal Migration (Tag Sharing across CIDs)

                                    Allow Agencies to migrate UET Tags and Goals into other accounts that they have access to. So if a UET tag has been created in the agency Shell (by mistake) it can then be moved into the client's account along with the goals. As the client may have already installed the tag before we realise its been setup in the wrong place.

                                      We are looking to enable Tag Sharing across CIDs and also have the “delete uet” in backlog. By tackling these two, we should remove this blocker and avoid migration.

                                    • List of Conversion URLs

                                      It would be great if Bing Ads could show all URLs that are reporting conversions. Adwords has this in the "conversions" interface. This makes it much easier to troubleshoot / audit conversion tracking setup to make sure that the right webpages are firing off conversions.

                                      You could put it under the reporting tab but I think it woudl be better under the conversions / UET section, like adwords does it.

                                      • Add option to pull conversions in mass

                                        We use the same 17 conversions over and over for each of our campaigns that we setup and we would love to have the option to pull in all of our standard conversions in one pull (like Google does for Analytics) so that we don't have to enter the same conversions in manually all the time. It would be great if this could happen on the platform (ideal) or the Bing Ads editor or both (preferrable).

                                          Can you clarify what is meant by pulling in conversions for each campaign? Conversion goals should apply to all campaigns in your account and shouldn’t need to be created per campaign.

                                        • Please make "Rotate ads more evenly" the default option instead of "Optimize for clicks" (or allow users to choose which should be default)

                                          Whenever creating a new ad group (or campaign which requires a default first ad group at the time of creation), the default selection for ad rotation is "Optimize for clicks". It would be great if users could set "Rotate ads more evenly" to be the default selection for every new ad group and campaign.

                                          For someone who is always testing ad copy (that should b everyone!), this would be a huge difference in campaign creation.
