  1. Create a program similar to Google's Advanced Verification in order to eliminate spam

    Google has implemented a program called Advanced Verification to eliminate spam in two industries: garage door companies and locksmiths (https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/7167635?hl=en). Bing should develop a similar solution in order to improve quality control.

    Before Advanced Verification, spammy companies like GDS, called "the worst garage door company in the nation" (http://www.dasma.com/articles/feature/gds-the%20worst_fall2015.pdf), would outbid local garage door companies, since it subcontracts out work and, lacking physical locations throughout the country, has much lower overhead costs. The company has also been accused of overcharging customers, and one of its technicians even plead guilty to felonies (http://www.dasma.com/articles/feature/GDS_Technician_Guilty_Fall2017.pdf).     • Website Publishers Exclusion through BAM

      Sometimes, when we are working with Global Accounts, bulk optimizations across accounts are needed. Therefore, it is too much time consuming to go account by account, campaign by campaing or even adgroup by adgroup to exclude website publishers that are not performing well enough. The BAM feature within the UCM is a powerful tool to do optimizations exclusions in bulk but just for "negative keywords". We would like to have the same task but for "Website Publishers" (account and campaign level at least). Thanks for your support.

      • Call Forwarding Conversion Goal

        Advertiser has requested me to generate this feature request. Call forwarding conversion are very important to multiple of Google users. Spend, impressions, and clicks are not relevant according to him only conversion.

        Advertiser wants to track conversion for his call forwarding like Google.

        What we would like.

        1. The option for Call Forwarding within Conversion Goals
        2. Duration counter so anything after X seconds is a conversion
        3. Be able to choose direct dial or click.

        I know that our mobile network in not getting much engineering love but this would be a feature that would be considered a Google…

        • Shared Library (cross-account) - Negative, Audiences etc etc

          We would love to see a shared library which can be used cross-accounts (similar to Google). At the moment this is only available by account.. which is a very slow process. Especially when you have multiple accounts across multiple markets. Please make my dreams come true.

          • NAtive Ads - Need Granular Reporting And Exclusions

            Create granular reporting for Native ads so that we can see what URLs ads are running on. Also create ability to add exclusions like in syndication.

              Hello, i wanted to register in bing ads, but i cant for two weeks already.. I think you have a problem ukrainian credit cards.. I try everything - i try my all bank cards.. Did you turn off registration ukrainian users? I read many forums, asked in telegram but all users from ukraine had same problem. I attached screenshots. It seems to me, that problem is in credit card, because i do not even create campaign. Look please at screenshots - what i am doing wrong? On credit card i turned off 3d secure code (otp confirmation), turn on payment…

                  We have started investigating the use cases around providing a click performance report by MSCLKID. Please let us know if and how you use this report in other ad platforms today as well as how it does or does not meet your needs.

                • Update UI. Make it so that you can't set access to all accounts from the individual account level settings

                  UI needs to be updated. It is frustratingly easy to accidentally give access to all your accounts, by giving users super admin roles from the individual account settings. One shouldn't be able to mess the whole access system from the individual account level.

                  I think this is a major security risk and an UI design flaw. Either remove super admins from individual account level or make it so that one has to check boxes to select wanted accounts.

                  • Allow Invoices to show the ammounts spent by PO#

                    Currently right now if a client adds more than one PO# for an monthly invoice, that spend is grouped in the invoice without any way of splitting the spend by PO#.

                    There is no official way to reconcile the PO spend. Rather manual pulls in Bing Ads UI which corresponds to the PO# date needs to be done.

                    • Bing Ads Intelligence competition levels

                      It would be great if BAI was integrated with competition levels for competitors. Such as high, medium, or low competition for individual keywords. That would help gauge if we want to use that particular keyword.

                      • Introduce Merchant Feed Rules to make formatting Shopping Feeds easier

                        Suppose that the IT of a particular firm provides only the most necessary columns to the digital advertisers and any other changes by IT are time-consuming and tedious.

                        The introduction of Feed Rules, which are already available in the Google Merchant Center, can, For instance, allow advertisers to split the products in price-categories using the rules to populate a custom label column as follows:

                        price up to x€
                        price up to y€
                        price above y€

                        Another example would be the replacement of particular word in the description in another column, i. e. "female" by "Damen".

                                On every corner, Microsoft tries to make it difficult for people to do business with them. What takes mere minutes on Google, takes months on Bing.

                                There's no info that you fill in that Bing Ads wouldn't have already. It's absolutely redundant.

                                I have unsuccessfully tried to get invoicing set up for 3 months. Took 3 days with Google. The reason we were refused: our brand name is different to our company name which is different to the company name that we advertise for. Complicated, yes,…

                                      Some terms are still not properly filtered with negative keyword. Hope it will work with Broad. Bing should consider adding a match type of broad to the negative KW's...it can make our life much easier.

                                        • Billing Tab: Allow us to enter a start date FIRST, then the end date

                                          When I visit Accounts & Billing, then click the Billing tab, I am able to enter a range of dates before clicking Go. However, the verifications happening in the background - during this process - are too restrictive.

                                          For example:
                                          When the page loads, the dates are defaulted to about two months ago. Lets say they are both in January.

                                          My goal is to run a report for the date range 3/1/18 - 3/15/18.

                                          My first step is to click in the start date and attempt to select or enter 03/01/2018.

                                          Using the pop-up calendar, all dates after the currently-set…
