How can we improve Bing Ads to create a better experience?

Stop being Google. Start being better!

So many comments have focused understandably on what Bing could do to be like Google. For me, this is counter-productive as Google has its detractors and being another 'me-too' search engine prevents long-term innovation in the pay per click industry. Far better for Bing to accept that not as many people use Bing in the countries where Google is the ten-ton gorilla in the room. Where is Bing strong? Why is that? Build on the learnings and start designing something which is better. Asking people in the PPC industry isn't totally beneficial to research if 99% of respondents have used Google (a dedicated search engine company) and end up asking for Google features. To paraphrase, Kirk, 'Bing, Be Bold!'

It is important to boldly go where no search marketing tool has gone before (Star Trek references never grow old, do they?), but to do so without losing sight of what you, our customer, needs.
