How can we improve Bing Ads to create a better experience?

Allows users to select specific hours to show their ads.

Allows users to select specific hours to show their ads. The preset blocks of 5+/- hours often represent the best and worst conversion hours which defeats the purpose of using times. Google allows for specific hours to be selected. Often the best conversion hours are only 1 or maybe two consecutive hours, not five. More precision is needed.

Bing has finally come around and provided the option of selecting specific hours for the Ad Scheduling (instead of the previous block scheduling); however, the ad hours/schedule is based on the location of the person viewing your ad instead of the Time Zone of your BingAds account. This makes it difficult (close to impossible) to run a single Campaign across multiple time zones/states without segmenting the Campaigns by Time Zone...

For example, I have a Campaign that targets the entire US with operating hours of 7a-7p PST. With the new, 'better' ad scheduling, my ads would show at 4am -4pm PST for users on the East Coast (7a-7p EST), meaning the ads would show outside of business hours and not show during some business hours as well.

....Getting closer to AdWords, but still missing the mark.

The fact that they have not deployed this is beyond hilarious. I don';t want to run ads from 9pm-11pm...it's that simple...and completely NOT POSSIBLE to configure....

        Ridiculous.

I can't believe it too. I have to pause my ads manually. This is may be the most important task now.

Just came across a situation where I need to pause ads for particular days between 12-8pm.
The current ad scheduling setting does not help me.

Preferably user-defined times. AdWords allows targeting time ranges by 15-minute increments - allowing advertisers to closely fine-tune campaigns to optimal time periods.

Also, please add time segments for specific days. If I want to increase my bid to 130% during business hours I have to also increase the bid for the same hours on weekends because there is no way to specify time segments for specific days.

A feature request I have had from a few customers, is to have the time they are able to chose from changed. The suggestion would be to have two drop downs, one for a start time and one for an end time. This way the customer has a choice of exactly when the ads start and stop, rather then having three hour increments. As some would like their ads to run coinciding with their hours of operation.

        Thank you
