Email Invoice Prior to Billing Credit Card
It would be very helpful if invoices were emailed prior to billing credit card. This would make it easier to manage expenditures with no surprises.
It would be wonderful if the system allowed sending a copy of the generated invoice to a desired e-mail adress, instead of you are forced log in to get it...
This takes time when the billing department needs the invoices, and have no access to the account.....
Is there a way for you to Email me the PDF invoices every time you charge our credit card?
Alternatively, is there a way I can let an Accounts Payable person login to see billing details, get PDF invoices, and the like -- but not let them change any campaigns, keywords, bids, etc.?
Also, please send an email if payment is declined for some reason. This is much better than having campaigns going offline before having the option to add new payment options.

I'd like to be able to get a clean printed version from the web/account page. I don't mind printing the billings to marry with the Credit Card bills, but the printed version is messy, with much extraneous information, and not easily read. The download feature does not seem to function either. We are a high volume user... I need the billing statements to be clean and legible for the accounting department.
Was there an answer to this, or is there an easy way to download and email a year of receipts?

I agree, this is a very basic feature. If you purchase something anywhere else - you get a receipt. Why do I have to "hunt" it down???
I suggest you email the charges you are going to charge the customer's account.I have to waith til I get the charge on the bank statement, then go into the Bing site to get a copy of the bill. Takes a lot of my time and would only take Bing a few minutes! Thanks K

It doesn't even have to be a PDF. Google sends a simple little statement each time a payment is made that says the amount billed to our card. Very nice.
I would like to see my bill before paying.
