One of the most common complaints we hear on Twitter and in the forums on the Microsoft Advertising Community site is that users want access to the adCenter Desktop for Mac.

Enable Auto-Tagging of Destination URLs for Analytics Tracking
It would be great if we didn't have to manually code each destination URL just to get the data to track correctly in our web analytics. Since most small to medium sized businesses are not at the point where they will devote a portion of their marketing budget most of our clients utilize GA because it is free. creating a feature that would automate the tagging with UTM codes would be a big help for many many advertisers.

When a customer's ads stop serving suddenly or does not serve at all, sometimes there are no disapprovals to show cause; therefore, adCenter needs to have an alert why; ie. No Privacy Policy, not enough keywords on landing page, no relevancy or poor quality and have links to send them to the appropriate pages on advertising.microsoft.com.

Don't Limit The Number Of Ads or Keywords Viewable at the Account Level!
When at the account level in the Bing Ads interface, I often want to populate ALL of my keywords or ads but am limited by the error "Your account has more keywords than can be displayed, select a campaign to narrow down the scope."
This limits the analysis options that I can do on an account level from within the interface. I might want to quickly identify my top 10 conversion generating keywords accross all ad groups but in order to do so, I would have to download a report, which is a pain. Being able to populate and sort…

Allow True A/B Testing of ad creative
I would like the ability to have ad creatives rotate more evenly within adCenter so that I can run a true A/B Split Test. Google AdWords has this function as a setting at the Campaign level where you can choose to "Show ads more evenly" or "Optimize for clicks" or "Optimize for conversions". Currently, one must test ads in Google and then try the winners out in adCenter.

Allow more than one credit card to be associated to one account (back up credit card)
And when more than one credit card is added, allow one to specify it as a backup so if the first one fails for some reason the backup can be tried rather than an account going on credit hold.

Please create an inline search query report
I see there are plans to "improve agency experience" regarding search query reports, but I haven't seen anything about an inline report. Meaning that a manager doesn't have to go to the report section and select the report, time line, print etc etc. There is an industry standard feature in the other guys product called "see search terms". If you have used it and I'm sure you have, you can select a number of keywords or all keywords that you would like to view the search queries that a user has searched to trigger any given ad. Allow the ability to re-order columns.
I would like the ability to re-order columns within each level- campaign, adgroup, keywords. And have the application remember it forever or until i change it again. If I want to move the cost column to the last position that should be a function.

Targeting customers by time of day
Either smaller time segments (2 hour segments) starting and ending at midnight or user defined times fashioned after Microsoft’s Sever time assignments for clients (point and drag in the grid).

Add alerts to indicate how targeting has been set
There should be an alert either at the top of adCenter or somewhere in red on the settings (Campaign/ad Group) to indicate what exactly is being targeted. This will help with the confusion on how people have their targeting set.

Update: the new adCenter Campaign Management UI should make it easier for you to get to your campaigns, ad groups and keywords. We will be increasing the number of results displayed per page in a future release. Please let us know how this is working for you.

Allow customer's to make partial/split payments
While using the "Bill me now" feature, customer should be able to choose which payment method to use and to enter in an amount to pay. We have customers whose threshold is $2,500 but only have a $2,000.00 credit limit on their credit cards. This would be great if they could make split payments with two or more different payment methods.

Conversion Revenue Reporting
Reports that include keyword-and-match type revenue reporting, in the same report as all of the other performance data. We can currently get revenue by keyword (regardless of match type), but if I have the same keyword on all 3 match types, give me 3 rows of data, with accurate conversions and revenue (and all other performance data) for each.

Include Campaign, Ad Group and Keyword Status column to the KeywordPerformanceReport
Useful because campaigns, ad groups or keywords that were paused in the middle of a period still have impressions.
Unless your date range is very short, it's very likely that a keyword which is currently paused may have impressions in your date range.
Also useful to quickly obtain the status graph of the entire campaign structure without having to make a gazillion calls to the API.

Expand number of items listed on a page
Let me see ALL AdGroups on one page, instead of limiting me to 20 and making me click through pages. Let me see all my keywords on a page, instead of limiting me to 50 keywords at a time.

Allows users to select specific hours to show their ads. The preset blocks of 5+/- hours often represent the best and worst conversion hours which defeats the purpose of using times. Google allows for specific hours to be selected. Often the best conversion hours are only 1 or maybe two consecutive hours, not five. More precision is needed.

billing threshold
Allow customer's to control the billing threshold. Some are not happy with a high threshold. They would like to control how much they get charged at one time.
