How can we improve Bing Ads to create a better experience?

    • Compare to: Same Day Last Week

      It would be very helpful if in the Bing Ads Web UI in the graphs "Compare to:" option included Same Day Last Week as an option. I would much prefer to compare Mondays stats with last Mondays stats, not Sundays as you would get with the Previous Period option.

      • possibility for choosing may elements at a time

        In the interface, it would be nice if you could checkmark a kw/ad/campaign/adgroup and then scroll down for example 20 rows and hit 'shift' and mark one again to mark the entire series of objects. That is possible in adwords.

        It is really annoying if you need to mark 20 or (gulp1) 100+ objects that you need to click each and every one.

        • Please Undo Desktop/Laptop and Tablet Combined Targeting

          I appreciate the fact that Bing Ads is doing everything possible to make the user experience a good one.

          However, the merger of desktop/laptop and tablet targeting under one category has proven to be extremely detrimental to our campaigns as the two simply do not convert at same rate, and as a result the non-productive device is consuming precious campaign budgeting that was well spent on the productive device; thus this newly combined device targeting is making campaigns unsustainable from an ROI standpoint.

          As an alternative to undoing the device targeting merger, please consider adding bid reduction/increase functionality to both…

          • Prepaid cards should be accepted

            Paypal is accepted, and that is the same thing as a prepaid card. If we are paying for our ads ahead of time (prepaid balance), what does it matter what we pay with? I wish you big companies would stop spitting on the little man. Not all people are "rich", or some just might not want to have a credit card, or bank account. You are missing out on A LOT of business by simply not choosing to allow prepaid cards, or online bank accounts. MONEY IS MONEY.

              It would save so much time if there were flags or alerts in Editor whenever there were ad groups containing no active keywords or ads.

              • event goal conversions - only uniques

                event conversions for universal event tracking appear to track multiple completions for the same visitor from the same click. e.g. if a visitor clicks a button twice, and it is defined as an event goal, then two conversions would be recorded instead of just one. there should be an option to track only unique completions (one-per-click conversions).

                • Please add the column "devices" in your reports to adapt your reports with the changes to targeting mobile devices coming in March 2015

                  I need to do a report which gives me the detail of conversion goals for each device (desktop, tablet or smartphone).
                  It's not possible currently. But in March 2015, I could not have separeted campaign for each device so I will have no choice but cut my mobile campaign if I cannot still measure performances of conversion goals for each devices.

                  • Phone Call Conversion ability from programs like If by phone and other providers. There is currently no way to track Phone Call conversions

                    I suggest creating a way to integrate 3rd party call tracking programs. There are many services that allow you to track calls through Dynamic Number Insertion. Bing offers no way to integrate those services and thus, we are blind on what ads and keywords are driving our phone calls. We have this set up through Google Analytics and then it imports into Adwords. It can also be manually uploaded, referring to the call records, to apply conversions. This is a critical tracking element and very important conversion that many others must be needing. I hope you will come up with…

                      Hire some developers and customer support folks from google. Anytime I call google I feel like I am speaking with someone who knows more than me. Every time I speak to Bing, I feel I know more than them and rarely get any help. The system is bad as well from call extension to budgets, I can go on and on.

                        It is sort of strange you can't target counties. I know you can do a radius around a county but that is often not helpful. Simple country targeting is available in every other major ad platform like Adwords and Facebook. Please add simple county targeting without the need for a radius.

                        • more ways to pay - the system only takes credit cards??? that is nuts! google takes any kind of card

                          improve payment methods. This is not the 1980's you should accept more payment options

                            Current, Bing Merchant Center option is only available to US advertisers. We cannot target to AUS or other region.

                            Bing has to work on that side, because people are looking for bing shopping feed for many region. I have searching for http://www.bannerbuzz.com.au/ but i can not able to do that.

                            Please work on it asap and update me status on it.

                                You have to accept all accounts PayPal from any country. I want to use bing but you accept only accounts from US . you lose 10000... of Affiliate Marketters who want to use this Network . now they spend money in other platform like adwords and 7 search .....

                                  invalid clicks should be not be simply refunded or excluded from billing, but instantly taken out of the data in an account. it makes no sense for me to have to run a report to find out how many clicks were invalid and then try to figure out which invalids are attributable to which keyword. how am i supposed to know? yet another ginormous waste of time.

                                  • Version 10.7 of Bing Ads Editor is very slow in loading tree items

                                    I have recently updated to the latest version of Bing Ads editor and it is taking much more time to load the tree items and overall processing also takes more time than the earlier version. There are some other recommended changes like adding call extension at ad group level. Also, giving a revert button when making multiple changes because sometimes by mistake wrong data is copied and it cannot be reverted before posting it (like it is in google adwords editor as it can be seen in picture attached).

                                        • Remove filter for newly imported campaigns across all entities

                                          After importing a campaign from AdWords, there is a filter on campaigns, keywords, ads, etc. to look at only those imported items. Canceling the filter at one level (e.g. campaigns) doesn't cancel it at other levels (keywords) which can be confusing. It would be great if there was an option to cancel the filter entirely.
