For Agency Management, for an Agency to be able to pull a “Master Report” with basic client data.
The agency would be able to pull a Master Report with all vital overview information for each account that they manage, ie: spend, clicks, impressions, avg position, ctr etc. This would make it easier and more effective for agencies to to manage large numbers of accounts.
On adCenter, you go to reporting and run an account report in order to see account performance across all accounts.
It would be nice to see a summary right on the home screen when you logon similar to the way Google MCC home page (My Client Center) is set up. You change the date range and see summary of stats for each account. You can click on the name of the account to go to the campaign(s) for that particular account.
Currently, agency linked accounts cannot generate client reports nor access the client account within desktop.
Thank you for this suggestion! The “Accounts” report in Bing Ads provides the option to run a master performance report for any account that you manage.
We appreciate your feedback and look forward to hearing more from you!
If I could add to the original idea, this would be awesome as an Excel Add-on.
All a user would need to do is provide a date range, the account name, the order the information should be displayed and then a cell the data should begin.
It would be nice to have this kind of flexibility!
There would be great feedback if this were to happen.
This will alleviate alot of Agency Manager Questions We Have!
Customers with agency logins cannot run reports. The drop down menues are often not populated, or other issues. Please provide more information on how they can run the reports when signed in with the login that was invited through agency management tab.
When I login as an agency client manager, I cannot run reports either. My rep has acknowledged this and she runs reports for me, occasionally. There are other threads on the forum (http://community.microsoftadvertising.com/forums/p/68850/98954.aspx) which detail similar problems. Please investigate further, Microsoft.
